About
This template allows quick entry of an apostrophe and "s" after italicized titles. Using this template avoids wikicoding issues that may occur when 's is used after a italicized word e.g. USS Ticonderoga's. It includes inline CSS <syntaxhighlight lang=css inline>padding-left:0.1em;</syntaxhighlight> to provide some separation from the previous letter. This prevents glyph collision between the italicized text and the apostrophe, e.g. MIT's would otherwise appear as MIT's (note the apostrophe crossing the right side of the "T" in some fonts) due to the absence of padding.
